According to the Metropolitan Police Department, in May this year, when the four used the illegal drug MDMA with a 23-year-old Vietnamese acquaintance at a restaurant in Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, the woman had symptoms of acute drug poisoning. , There is a suspicion of abandonment homicide by the person in charge of protection, saying that he died without taking measures such as calling an ambulance immediately.



After using the drug, the woman violently raged and screamed, so the four of us took her out of the store, put a wet towel in her mouth to prevent her from biting her tongue, and searched for a hospital. about it.



About 40 minutes later, the restaurant staff urged me to call an ambulance, and I reported that a woman was lying down on the street. After that, the four people left the scene.



The Metropolitan Police Department has not clarified the identity of the four people, but they have stated that they thought that they would find out that they were using drugs when they called an ambulance.
