Quit administrative job to learn mermaid diving
Guo Rui, who was born in 1991, was born in Yibin, Sichuan, and grew up by the Yangtze River.
In elementary school, Guo Rui followed her family to Suzhou to live and study.
In 2009, Guo Rui was admitted to Soochow University Wenzheng College (now Suzhou City College) majoring in Human Resource Management.
After graduation, she worked in personnel administration in a company.

"When I decided to quit my job, my father was against it. He thought this job was for youth. But I did a lot of research and learned that many international schools in Suzhou have offered diving courses, and I finally convinced my father."
Guo Rui told reporters that under normal circumstances, students are taught diving skills by coaches. With the certificate of Mermaid Instructor Trainer, they can teach both coaches and students. At present, there are very few people in the country who have this certificate. .
