In KBS' 'The Living Men Season 2' ('Salim Nam 2'), a middle school male student being circumcised was broadcast as it was, but was criticized by viewers.

In the episode of 'Salim Nam 2', which was broadcast on the 17th, Hwa-cheol, the son of Hong Seong-heon, was circumcised after being circumcised.

Hwa-cheol and his friends underwent surgery after obtaining parental consent.

In the process, teenage boys, including Hwa-cheol, exposed their upper body, were circumcised, and vividly expressed their feelings.

After the broadcast, 'Salim Nam 2' viewers commented on the bulletin board and the KBS Viewer's Center viewer petition bulletin board, stating that exposing middle school students undergoing circumcision to the broadcast could constitute child abuse.

Some viewers have filed complaints with the Korea Communications Standards Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Korea Communications Standards Commission) regarding the broadcast of 'Salim Nam 2'.

Earlier, in August 2020, TV Chosun's 'Taste of Wife' broadcasted teenage singer Jeong Dong-won visiting a hospital to identify her secondary sexual characteristics, and was criticized for broadcasting.
