The car took the quarantined personnel from Yunyan District to the quarantine hotel in Libo County, Qiannan Prefecture for centralized isolation and medical observation. It departed from Dayingpo Chemical Road, Yunyan District at 0:10 on September 18. The car was carrying 47 Among them, a driver, a staff member, and the remaining 45 people are residents of Yunyan District involved in the epidemic.

　　At about 2:40 on September 18, the vehicle rolled over 32 kilometers from Sandu to Libo Expressway in Qiannan Prefecture and fell into a deep ditch beside the road.

At present, the rescue work at the scene has been completed, the treatment of the injured and the aftermath of the victims are in progress, and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
