　　Niu Xuqiong, leader of the fire rescue team of Jinzhong Development Zone, Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, is one of the only two female fire investigation experts in Shanxi Province.

For 13 years, her work has been "bonded" with fire: fire prevention and control, fire fighting and rescue, and fire investigation.

　　"I wasn't influenced by anyone, I just wanted to challenge myself, and I chose this major after graduating from high school." In 2002, Niu Xuqiong was admitted to the former Chinese People's Armed Police Force Academy, majoring in fire investigation.

　　After graduating with a master's degree in June 2009, Niu Xuqiong became one of the few female fire investigators in the fire protection system in Shanxi Province.

So far, she has "conversed" with fire more than 800 times.

　　In 2014, a fire broke out in a cultural relic and ancient building in Jinzhong City.

At that time, Niu Xuqiong's child was still breastfeeding.

In the middle of the night, in her sleep, she received an order to dispatch and immediately handed over the child to her lover and rushed to the fire.

When Niu Xuqiong took time to call, the first sound that came from the receiver was the cry of a child.

　　In April 2015, a fire broke out in a high-rise building in Lingshi County. Niu Xuqiong rushed to the fire scene more than 100 kilometers away to conduct an investigation.

　　At that time, Niu Xuqiong's son was less than 2 years old.

During the half-month fire investigation, she worked more than ten hours a day.

When she returned to the station and picked up the phone, the child had already fallen asleep, and she could only watch the sleeping child through video.

　　Up to now, Niu Xuqiong has organized, participated in, and directed the investigation of more than 800 fires of various types. No administrative reconsideration or administrative lawsuit has occurred in the fires she organized and investigated.

Due to her solid professional skills, in 2020, she was selected as a member of the Shanxi Fire Investigation Expert Group.

　　In 2020, Niu Xuqiong served as the head of the Jinzhong City Fire Rescue Detachment University Town Industrial Park Brigade.

"Double random" random inspections, school-by-school assistance and guidance, supervision and rectification of hidden dangers one by one, and continuous warning and notification... Niu Xuqiong coordinated 10 colleges and universities to include "discussion and elimination" in the party committee's decision-making content.
