[Explanation] The harvest season is coming, and the newly harvested grains will be "in" the granary one after another.

How to return the harvested fruit to the warehouse to ensure the safety of grain storage?

The reporter came to the Central Reserve Grain Taiyuan Direct Storage Co., Ltd. to visit the sense of science and technology in the "granary of a great country".

After the grain enters the storage area, a comprehensive "physical examination" must be carried out first, and the intelligent sampling machine will conduct uniform sampling.

After the sample is divided, the inspector will test the sample bulk density, moisture, impurities, imperfect grains, color, smell, stored grain pests, food hygiene and other indicators.

When it is confirmed that the grain "physical examination" meets the standard, the next step can be entered.

Registration number, sampling inspection, weighing, unloading and payment... The whole process of grain storage has achieved "one card".

[Concurrent] Li Yanhong, Chief of Storage Section of China Grain Storage Taiyuan Direct Storage Co., Ltd.

The central grain storage system adopts the one-card system. From entry registration, sampling, inspection, weight inspection, and storage, all information is stored in the one-card, and detailed information can be inquired through the one-card for each link.

During the sampling, we use the intelligent sampling machine to cut the samples, and we use the random sampling to ensure the representativeness of the samples. During the sample inspection, we pass the blind sample detection, which eliminates the relationship between the food and the human food.

[Explanation] Along the escalator outside the granary, the reporter came to the entrance of the inspection door of the granary and climbed to a height of about two floors.

Opening the inspection door of the granary, a strong aroma of wheat came out.

The warehouse is cool and dry, golden everywhere, and thousands of square meters of grain can be seen.

Electronic temperature measurement, mechanical ventilation, internal circulation temperature control system... The "granary of a big country" is full of technology.

The inner circulation temperature control system is an effective means to ensure that the food can spend the four seasons healthily in the "smart air-conditioned room".

[Concurrent] Li Yanhong, Chief of Storage Section of China Grain Storage Taiyuan Direct Storage Co., Ltd.

The central grain reserve currently adopts the most advanced internal circulation temperature control system in China. We use mechanical ventilation in autumn and winter to control the average temperature of the grain pile at about minus 5 degrees.

When the grain temperature rises in summer, we control the warehouse temperature at 26 degrees by starting the inner circulation temperature control system.

By using the inner circulation system, we reduce the use of fumigants, realize green grain storage, and ensure good quality and safe storage of grain storage.

[Explanation] In the granary, thousands of tons of wheat and corn are "inlaid" on the ground like giant cakes that have been "cut flat".

The grain storage depth in the warehouse can reach 6 meters, and the single storage grain is about 7,000 tons.

Through the intelligent grain situation system such as electronic temperature measurement and video monitoring full coverage of the grain pile, the custodian can grasp the temperature and moisture changes of each part of the grain pile in time.

[Concurrent] Li Yanhong, Chief of Storage Section of China Grain Storage Taiyuan Direct Storage Co., Ltd.

The grain condition monitoring system is the most commonly used and effective temperature measurement method during storage. The custodian conducts a daily health check on the grain pile through the grain condition temperature measurement system, and grasps the grain temperature change of each part of the grain pile to ensure the safety of the grain storage.

[Explanation] Since 2014, China Grain Storage has implemented the construction of "intelligent grain depots", using technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things to deeply transform traditional grain depots.

High-definition cameras and grain sensors have been installed, and the construction of intelligent grain depots has been fully covered so far.

The central grain reserves spend the four seasons healthy in a comfortable and safe "smart air-conditioned room".
