According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, this year's No. 12 typhoon "Plum Blossom" made landfall three times on the coast of Laoshan District, Qingdao, Shandong at around 0:00 on the 16th after landing in Zhoushan, Zhejiang and Fengxian, Shanghai.
This morning, the center of typhoon "Plum Blossom" is located in Laiyang, Yantai, Shandong Province. The maximum wind force near the center is 9 (23 m/s), and the minimum pressure in the center is 990 hPa.
Affected by typhoon "Plum Blossom", strong wind and rain occurred in Jiangsu, Shandong, Liaoning, Jilin and other places yesterday.
Shandong Peninsula, Liaoning Dalian and Dandong, Jilin Tonghua and other local heavy rainstorms, Qingdao and Yantai local heavy rainstorms; 8-9 gusts in eastern Jiangsu, Shandong Peninsula and other places, and 10-12 local gusts.
It is expected that "Plum Blossom" will move north-eastward at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity. It will move into the Bohai Strait this morning, and will land again along the coast from Lushun to Zhuanghe in Liaoning Province around this evening. The intensity is expected to be tropical storm level (18-23 m/s, level 8-9) at the time of landfall, and then gradually change into an extratropical cyclone. The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue typhoon warning this morning.
Affected by it, in the next 24 hours, there will be winds of magnitude 6-7 and gusts of magnitude 8-9 in the northern and central waters of the Yellow Sea, the Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, the northern and eastern coasts of the Shandong Peninsula, and the coast of the Liaodong Peninsula. There are 8-9 levels and 10-11 gusts.
At the same time, there were heavy to heavy rains in central and eastern Liaoning, central and eastern Jilin, and southeastern Heilongjiang. Among them, there were heavy rains (100-160 mm) in parts of central Liaoning and other places.
