Gunma Prefecture announced on the 13th that 1,613 people were newly infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture, and one death was confirmed.
That's 208 fewer than last Tuesday's 1,821.
The number of confirmed infections in the prefecture reached 221,783, of which 456 died.
