As of 14:00 on the 12th, the earthquake had killed 93 people, including 55 people in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, and 38 people in Shimian County, Ya'an City.
Another 25 people lost contact.
Since 18:00 on the 12th, Sichuan Province has terminated the first-level emergency response to the earthquake, and the emergency rescue has shifted to the transitional resettlement and restoration and reconstruction stage.
Since the 13th, rescue teams have left the earthquake area one after another, and local people have come to the roadside to say goodbye.

When the earthquake happened, Qin Xiaoqiang returned to his hometown for disaster relief. He once dug up the trapped people with his bare hands, but later learned that his father and sister were killed in the earthquake.

The rescue team that left from Moxi Town and Deduo Town had to pass through Luding County on their way back.
