Due to the fatal accident that occurred between Oizumi Gakuen Station and Hoya Station at around 10:50 pm, the Seibu Line has suspended operation on the inbound and outbound lines between Ikebukuro Station on the Ikebukuro Line and Tokorozawa Station in Saitama Prefecture. The Seibu Yurakucho Line and Toshima Line are also suspended.
The resumption of driving is expected to be around 0:20 am on the 12th.
