Kim Kardashian has no problem admitting that her marriage to Kanye West impacted her celebrity status.
The reality TV star goes even further as she believes that her relationship with the rapper has allowed her to achieve greater respectability.
“When I was with Kanye, he introduced me to a lot of people.
I think it made a lot of people show me a different level of respect,” she said in an interview with

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West started dating in 2012 and married in 2014 until she decided to file for divorce in 2021. But while Kim Kardashian owes the father of her four children a lot, she's well aware to have also gained new respectability through her own actions, whether as a businesswoman or, more recently, studying law.
“Going to law school, just doing what I want and becoming an independent person, people see that and respect that,” she concluded.
