After he proved his worth in one of the divisions of the telecom technology manufacturer, some divisions were restructured and moved to another location.
In the new department, the department head asked him to prepare a report.
He did not understand the man required of him because his job is not about preparing reports, but rather he is a laboratory engineer.
She said to him: We have enough staff in the lab and I want you to sit in your office and prepare reports.
He asked her: What kind of reports?
She said to him: Whatever you see fit!
He asked her if she knew his background, and she said she knew everything about him, but thought that an office job best suited his abilities.
The engineer went to his previous department and brought documented evidence for his record of achievements and put it in front of her on her desk, and said: This is what I do, not write reports, “I see fit.”
His department head looked at the evidence, and said, clearly indifferent: 'I'm not interested in this, and your accomplishments mean nothing to me.'
They brought you to me and I want you to prepare reports from the office.
He said to her: They transferred me to you because you have a laboratory, and my place is in the laboratory.
She told him: Your place is there.
She pointed her finger at his desk.
The man returned to his old department and complained about the matter to his former boss, who said: I hope they will bring you back to me, but the decision came from the general manager in line with the interest of the work.
Your transfer there is intended to work in her department's lab, not the office.
And I don't understand why she wants you to sit in the office!
Tip: Go to the general manager and explain the problem to him.
The general manager was a very kind and cheerful man, who gave the engineer a warm welcome as if he had known him for 10 years, and asked him to sit at the side table for coffee and guests.
There they exchanged cordial conversations and the manager told the engineer many stories from his personal experiences, and the engineer never denies that he enjoyed this interesting conversation with the highest employee in the company, but he remembered that he came for a specific purpose.
The engineer was astonished when the general manager put his foot on the end of the table and proceeded with a conversation that seemed to be endless.
It had only been half an hour since the engineer entered the principal's office.
The engineer sighed and tried to interrupt the director gently so that he could get into the matter, so he was surprised by the director saying to him: Put your foot on the table, as I do..
After 50 minutes, the engineer was finally able to raise his problem, and the manager said: It's strange what you're saying.
Let me talk to her and tell you the answer tomorrow.
The next day, the manager called the engineer, and told him:
I spoke to her, and she told me she would look into your work in her lab, but right now she needs a staff member for the reports.
The engineer called his former boss and told him what happened. The second said: I do not hide from you that the general manager is under the influence of your boss's aura and will not do anything.
lesson
We humans forget that livelihood is in the hands of God Almighty alone, we hate each other and fear the intelligence of others, so we confront them and hinder their progress and make their lives an unbearable hell, and discourage them, just because we are afraid that they will take our place one day.
It is hatred or inferiority complex and mistrust of God's creation, and the hadith has the rest.
