Sean Penn and Ben Stiller were permanently banned from Russia by Vladimir Putin.

On Monday, the Russian Foreign Ministry published a list of 25 personalities struck by this anathema, "high-ranking officials, representatives of the business community and experts, and cultural personalities".

In addition to the two actors, there are in particular the American senators Rick Scott, Mark Kelly, Pat Toomey and Kyrsten Sinema, or even the Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo.

A measure justified by the Kremlin in the name of the “principle of reciprocity”.

“The hostile actions of the American authorities, which continue to follow a Russophobic path, destroying bilateral relations and intensifying the confrontation between Russia and the United States, will continue to be resolutely repelled”, specifies a press release relayed by Deadline.
