The Department will pay 150,000 euros to participate in this event.
The exact date has not been communicated and will depend on the route established by the organizing committee.
A route to highlight the heritage
The route, which will have to take one day, is not yet known but Christian Bruyen already has an idea on the question.
"I would like us to go to the Lac du Der, the Argonne, the Montagne de Reims, to Châlons, to Épernay, to Vitry... We would like to talk about historical sites and heritage, but we will not be able to go everywhere, ”he warns the daily.
One thing is certain: Reims will close the course.
The local authorities, in consultation with the organizing committee of the games, will also have to designate who will have the honor of carrying the flame.
