"This unilateral decision puts local authorities with their backs to the wall", they argue in a press release, reminding the service provider of its "obligation to respect the contractual conditions" which bind them and its "duty of continuity of public service", especially since Bruno Le Maire has undertaken to distribute a fund of 3 billion euros for "large consumers of electricity and gas".
