Georgina Rodríguez has many luxury bags, but a favorite model
Georgina Rodríguez is spectacular on the red carpet in Venice (and with two seasonal trends)

Old Money: tell me how you dress and I'll tell you where your money comes from
Netflix has
announced
, to the joy, among others, of the 39.1 million followers of
Georgina Rodríguez
on Instagram, that there will be a second part of the reality show around the model and partner of
Cristiano Ronaldo
(also self-styled "mother of 6 blessings") in reference to the footballer's children, although in reality there are only two of his, to which the deceased baby is added).
'I am Georgina 2', they have explained from the streaming platform, will be "a
more
intimate
portrait
that will delve into Georgina's
mother
, friend, sister and
partner
; the most personal facets of her life".
In fact, Álvaro Díaz
explained during his presentation ,
Director of Entertainment for the platform, the new season starts with the terrible trance of the loss during childbirth of one of the twins that the couple was expecting, "telling their story, how they have lived it and how they have come out ahead".
"This year I have lived the best and the worst moment of my life in an instant" says Georgina herself on camera, referring to the tragic loss.
Why a second part of 'I am Georgina'
Even the uncontacted tribes of the deep Amazon knew that there was going to be a second part, given the tremendous success of the first.
Even Georgina herself commented on her Instagram account that "it was unimaginable for me to be in the top 10 in the world in just one day and I couldn't be happier and more grateful."
Top 10 in 62 countries
with 80 million hours viewed in its first 28 days on the platform is a fact that not everyone can boast.

Netflix promises that in the
new edition
of Georgina's 'adventures' - still underway and of course without a release date - "we will live with her her day to day life, her motherhood, her relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo, her travels, her parties [including New Year's Eve, a must]... We will also discover his true friendships [and consequently, those who are not], his wishes and desires, the happiest and most bitter moments of his life".
All we need to satisfy our curiosity about our particular
Kim Kardashian
, let's go.
The keys to the Georgina phenomenon
Because, saving certain distances, the truth is that Georgina Rodríguez could be to our contemporary folklore what 'Miss American Dream' is to over there, even more so since she has her own reality show on Netflix where she walks her comfortable daily life with the ease of a sherpa in a hill.
With Kardashian, the Argentinian-Jacetana also shares an
exuberant physique
and a delicate as well as racial beauty, a weakness for nude lips and 'contouring', a true devotion to the line in the middle and the inexhaustible love of attending events of the most varied (sports included) heeled as if it were on the red carpet in Venice.

The
comparisons
will be odious, but I have not invented them.
Many images circulate on the Internet where both influencers are compared, their physique, their features or their fashion choices, with headlines of the cut 'The images that show that it is Georgina's great obsession: Kim Kardashian', 'More similar to Kim Kardashian than ever: we analyze Georgina's makeup in Venice' or 'Kim Kardashian's influence on Georgina Rodríguez'.
Yes indeed.
Georgina's
rise
to the
podium of enormous fame
has been much faster than Kim Kardashian's.
In record time (six years) Georgina has gone from being a clerk at the Gucci store in Madrid to becoming one of those few chosen ones who become so so so famous that even their last name is enough to be recognised.
To what extent being
Cristiano Ronaldo
's
partner
has conditioned their
success
they don't even discuss at home, but the point is that her glory has already been emancipated from that of her
iconic non-husband
(remember that although it was said that they had secretly married in Morocco in 2019, it was later denied) and she has built her own image, something that the Netflix reality show is helping to consolidate to a great extent.
Religious, family, super mother and mysterious
Very
believer
(she has several altars at home, to pray when the need arises; we also see her on Instagram in Fatima: "Keep guiding and lighting my path, little virgin").
Georgina is also passionate about the
family
, the one that "has not let go of my hand since I came into this world", and projects the image of a
super mother
who poses the same on the
private jet
with the churumbeles and an almost accessory Cristiano Ronaldo (4,262,715 likes) than in the row of
seats in a cinema
alone with the children on a floor strewn with popcorn (2,876,862 likes).
And this is key in the
construction of her image,
that
mix
between a
reality recognizable
by all, of flesh and blood (and churumbeles and popcorn) and another
aspirational
, of unattainable instagramer always wrapped in the
most stereotyped luxury.
Both 'ingredients', perfectly measured, together with the '
Cinderella component'
of her story -as Gloria Ruiz writes in 'The Cinderella Archetype in Different Cultures', "Cinderellas from all countries manage to make princes fall in love and rise in status social" - result in a most irresistible character for the era of instant consumption.
To all of the above we must add one
last ingredient,
the definitive sauce for an exquisite bite, which Juan Sanguino reminded us of in a 'Vanity Fair' report: the
mystery
that surrounds Georgina;
the secrets of her unexpected relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo;
the mother of all
speculations
(what unknown contract will link the soccer player and the influencer? What
agreement between them
is responsible for preserving the image of each member of the couple and the family above any human weakness?, etc.).
"Everyone knows my name, but very few know who I am," says Georgina in the first part of her reality show.
We'll see if the second part sheds more light on this powerful and profitable mystery.
