In response to this, the Cabinet Secretariat has indicated two indicators for judging the level of prefectures: "burden on medical care provision systems" and "infection status".



Of these, there are five items in the "burden on the medical care provision system, etc.", including the "occupation rate of secured beds" and the "occupation rate of secured beds for severe cases."



In addition, the "status of infection" includes five items such as "positive rate of PCR test", "number of new positive cases per 100,000 people", and "proportion of people whose infection route is unknown".



The Cabinet Secretariat has announced data for all 47 prefectures nationwide as of the 6th of this month.



Of these, the "occupation rate of secured beds" is calculated based on national standards: 77% in Aichi Prefecture, 71% in Shiga Prefecture, 66% in Aomori Prefecture, etc. A total of 23 prefectures are government subcommittees. is 50% or more, which is the standard for the level at which measures should be strengthened.
