The Fuzhou Fish Ball Museum, located in the characteristic historical and cultural district of Kuilongfang, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, was planned and arranged on the basis of the former residence of Ming Dynasty celebrity Youlian, realizing "there are streets in the city, houses in the streets, and museums in the houses. ”, the three in one, is an example of the revitalization and utilization of ancient buildings.

The exhibition area is 600 square meters and consists of a preface hall, a patio and five exhibition halls.

Through cultural relics exhibition, interactive check-in, immersive experience, etc., combined with projection, multimedia and other technologies, the history and culture, production skills, industrial development and other contents of fish balls are displayed in an all-round way.

In 2012, Fuzhou was awarded the "Capital of Fish Balls in China", and the international brand of Fuzhou Fish Balls has been continuously launched.

It has created the result that "every two fish balls in the country come from Fuzhou".

  As a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, Fuzhou fish balls are also the nostalgia of overseas Chinese.

As of 2022, Fuzhou fish balls have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions on five continents including the United States.
