Traffic control will be implemented on the whole line from Duogong to Kangding in the Yakang section of G4218 Yaye Expressway. Medium-sized and above trucks without a pass issued by the headquarters are prohibited. Pass; other vehicles can enter the expressway after turning around in the square in the multi-functional toll station.

Set up checkpoints at the intersection of Crescent Bridge and Provincial Highway S217 in Shimian County, and implement traffic control on all vehicles. Vehicles without a pass issued by the headquarters are prohibited from passing.

All kinds of vehicles for emergency rescue, medical and health care, transportation of emergency materials, construction appraisal and other vehicles will enter the earthquake area with the passes issued by the headquarters.

The pass shall be applied for by each unit from the Emergency Management Bureau of Ya'an City and Ganzi Prefecture.
