The two comedians wanted to come back to the performance of Alexandra Pizzagali, whose column in the France Télévisions program suffered an outcry on the air, as on social networks.

"I know her, she has talent and a lot to say," said Jean-Luc Lemoine before starting his column in Culture Médias on Europe 1.

An outcry for a first performance.

Monday morning, the young humorist Alexandra Pizzagali launched into the deep end on Télématin in a column with a humorous vocation.

Between various technical bugs and jokes that fall flat, it caused silence on the set and the rumble of internet users.

Why ?

Because his risky sketch was about the terrorist responsible for the Nice attack, described for fun as an "ideal man".

Faced with the reaction of viewers, France Télévisions was forced to issue an official apology on social networks.

The management of @FranceTele and the teams of @Telematin regret that a chronicle with a humorous vocation has rightly offended many viewers.

We offer our apologies and express our solidarity with the victims of the Nice attack and their loved ones.

A message of solidarity

Mocked by Twitter accounts, the young comedian already sees her career tainted by this outcry, when it was a first performance on France 2. Arnaud Ducret, guest of Philippe Vandel in Culture Médias, and Jean-Luc Lemoine , columnist in this same program, both wanted to support Alexandra Pizzagali.

"I, too, made bad sketches," Arnaud Ducret timidly declared at the end of the program.

Jean-Luc Le Moine, a little earlier, wanted to come back to the outcry at greater length before starting his column.

"Above all, I want to send a message of solidarity to a fellow humorist, Alexandra Pizzagali, who made her debut yesterday in Télématin."

Unfortunate technical bugs

Ironically about the teleprompter problem at the time of the comedian's passage, he added: "At France Télévisions, when the government asks to save electricity. They take it a little too literally. But hey , it ends up restarting".

"I hope the technique will be more cooperative if there is a second, because I know her. Besides, she has talent and things to say. But hey, it served me as a lesson. I hurry to speak, otherwise Philippe will cut me off,” concluded the comedian.

For her part, Julia Vignali, presenter of Télématin and Bienfait pour vous on Europe 1, also wanted to provide details on this failed column.

She notably mentioned the fact that she had not noticed the breakdown of the teleprompter immediately, before trying to support the comedian.

As for the advertisement launched in full intervention, the presenter evokes the return taken by the emission, obliging the control to cut the floor to Alexandra Pizzagali.

"It's the story of a bad sketch, a bad joke that apparently hurt a lot of people and I can understand that," she concluded.
