On September 4th, at the Xiangcheng Sports Center in Xindu District, Chengdu, the staff of the nucleic acid testing laboratory in the air-film shelter of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were carrying out work in an orderly manner in various testing links.
The laboratory consists of 6 tents, which are two sample pre-processing cabins, one reagent preparation cabin, two extraction cabins, and two amplification analysis cabins. It undertakes the task of testing a large number of nucleic acid samples from Chengdu, and plans daily inspections. 50,000 tubes, and 61,000 tubes of nucleic acids have been tested daily.
