[Explanation] This boy who is familiar with microorganisms and bacteria is Liu Renhan, a Taiwanese student. After graduating from high school, he came to Jinan University in Guangzhou from Taipei to pursue his ideal of making more delicious food.
In this summer, he chose to join the Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology to start his internship life.

When I came here, I was lucky. I happened to have a batch of edible bacteria that a customer used, and then it needed to be freeze-dried. I went through the most basic plate marking, to the final freeze-drying and sealing. The whole process is down. After that, I felt a lot of things that I couldn't get in touch with and learned in school, so I felt that it was an eye-opener and I felt that I benefited a lot.
[Explanation] Liu Renhan told reporters that his original intention of choosing a food major was to make food more suitable for the elderly and more delicious for his grandfather who was sick and had a poor appetite.
And this is also Liu Renhan's first internship experience in his student life. It is the first time to walk out of the ivory tower, which is both anticipation and pressure.

Before I came to the Institute, I always wondered if there would be any, and I saw some more class-strict systems on TV, or maybe I would often have to do some things that I didn’t want to do but I had to do.

Then when I had any questions, I could ask them for advice, and they would also teach me patiently. Anyway, I am very happy to study and live here.
