  At about 13:00 on September 4, the Beihai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport received a notification from the Weihai Maritime Search and Rescue Center: a fishing boat sank in distress 17 nautical miles east of Chengshantou in Weihai. The number of people on board is unknown, and the situation is urgent.

  After receiving the report, Beihai Rescue Bureau immediately dispatched rescue helicopter "B-7126" and rescue ship "Beihai Rescue 111" to rescue.
