[Explanation] According to the relevant requirements of Shanghai's new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work, combined with the Shanghai epidemic prevention and control situation, Shanghai's primary and secondary schools and kindergartens officially opened on September 1.

Early in the morning, the reporter saw at the Daning International No. 2 Kindergarten in Jing'an District that parents were escorting their children to school in an orderly manner.

The nearby Daning International Primary School has arranged a number of senior students as small supervisors to guide the first-year students to avoid the risk of gathering at the door.

Many parents expressed their excitement about the school opening as scheduled this time, and exclaimed: "The beast" has finally "returned to the cage"!

[Concurrent] Yuan Wenguang, the parent of the student

So happy that school finally starts today!

God is also more helpful today, the temperature has finally dropped.

It has been more than 5 months since the online classes and the summer vacation.

Being able to go back to school to meet my classmates and teachers is really a bit of a reunion after a long absence. As parents, we feel very happy.

[Concurrent] Sun Yu, the parent of the student

The children got up early today, very excited, and the parents were also very excited, because the "divine beast" finally "returned to the cage".

[Explanation] According to the requirements of prevention and control, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, schools in Shanghai have adopted a "one school, one plan" in a targeted manner to implement various work such as epidemic prevention and control, education and teaching.

According to the existing prevention and control requirements in Shanghai, teachers and students who enter the school must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, and each grade will complete a nucleic acid sampling at the wrong time every day before leaving the school.

Lin Wei, the principal of the Experimental Senior High School in Minhang District, Shanghai, told reporters that before entering the campus, students of the school need to scan the site code and pass the temperature test before entering.

In order to facilitate students to receive nucleic acid sampling, the school has also set up two nucleic acid testing points on the second floor of the teaching building.

On the second floor of our teaching building, we have set up two nucleic acid detection points.

The teachers of nucleic acid testing are all teachers of our school, and they are certified to work after training.

At noon every day, we will arrange for students to enter the nucleic acid testing point for testing in a class as a unit, and there are prescribed routes.

[Explanation] Lin Wei introduced that the school has more than 200 dormitory students. In order to give them a fresher living environment, a fresh air system has been installed in each dormitory.

In addition, in order to allow students to enter the state of campus life as soon as possible, military training was specially arranged for the first two days after the school started.

Considering that our students have been taking online classes at home for several months, and there are no campus activities, we will not arrange the normal teaching of cultural classes on September 1st and September 2nd after the school starts. Specially organized students to conduct military training on campus.

In fact, I want to let our children return to these states of campus life as soon as possible through these two days.

[Explanation] Many students said in interviews that it is a great feeling to be able to end the "online class mode" and resume offline teaching in the school.

[Concurrent] Fan Siyuan, a student of Shanghai Minhang District Experimental Senior High School

This is a good start for the new semester.

I believe that face-to-face communication between teachers and students will definitely be more than online, so the efficiency of class will be greatly improved.

[Concurrent] Zhang Shuyi, a student of Shanghai Minhang District Experimental Senior High School

I think online classes feel like there is a layer of barriers. If you go back to offline, there will be a feeling of face-to-face communication, which will be more real. (I) prefer online and offline courses.
