The interview program 30 minutes wins the Kristallen in the category of the year's news and current affairs program.

- Few have been involved, at the core we have been three people.

Without two of Sweden's absolute sharpest journalists, Lars Eisjö and Moa Golster, it would never have become the program it has become, says Anders Holmberg.

According to Holmberg, the fact that the program focuses more on things than people can be one of the reasons why it has gone down well with the audience.

- I think people appreciate the longer interview which is about the matter and not so much about the person.

It's not that much of a tingle.

It's just me, a guest and questions about policy.

Under the knife this year's facts

SVT-produced Under the knife wins in the category factual program of the year.

"Erik Galli wins his first Kristall because he courageously and urgently dares to tell about a phenomenon in our time," reads the justification.

- Erik dares to be so brave that he puts himself in front of the TV viewer and under the knife.

We will see more of that face, says the program's project manager Saam Kapadia.

In the category of this year's review, Task Review: Ericsson and IS is awarded.

The world's most beautiful boy by Stina Gardell and SVT wins prize for this year's documentary.

Young royals program of the year

The Netflix series Young Royals takes home the gala's heaviest prize: program of the year.

It also wins the category young program of the year.

The viewers' favorite program is Spökjakt by Kanal 5/Discovery +.

This year's gala was also an opportunity for the television industry and viewers to say goodbye to two great giants who passed away earlier this year.

Ingvar Oldsberg died in February, just over a month before Sven Melander.
