Be careful if you have recently bought white ham in the supermarket.
Several brands have been recalling products marketed by the Adrien Peyrolles brand since Wednesday because of a risk of listeria, reports

The recall concerns a tray of two slices of superior cooked ham cooked on the bone (180 g), specifies the official website Rappel Conso.
Only one batch is targeted.
The ham had been sold since August 25 at Carrefour, Casino and Intermarché and bears the use-by date (DLC) of 09/22/2022.

Risk of listeriosis
The batch concerned is likely to be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes.
This bacterium is responsible for listeriosis in humans, a disease with an incubation period of up to eight weeks and which can cause complications.
If you experience a fever, with or without headache, after consuming this ham, consult a doctor immediately.
Customers who have purchased this white ham are therefore invited not to consume it.
They can destroy the product or bring it back to the store for a refund.
The recall procedure will end on September 12.
