1. Personnel in the whole city shall complete nucleic acid testing of all employees in accordance with the requirements of "must be tested".
Citizens are requested to pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time released in this area, and follow the notices of the street (town) and community (village) where they are located, participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner in different time periods and take personal protection, and return to their residence immediately after the test.
Persons in medium and high risk areas and those who are isolated at home shall be implemented in accordance with relevant prevention and control management regulations.
2. From 18:00 on September 1, all residents will stay at home in principle, and non-residents of the community will not be allowed to enter.
Rural areas strictly control the entry and exit of people, and foreigners must report.
There will be no crowds or gatherings in the community, and each resident can arrange one person per day to go out to buy daily necessities with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.
Residents who go out for medical treatment and other special needs can enter and leave the community with the consent of the community where they live.
All levels of government agencies and institutions in the city, except for the staff who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, have all turned into community (village) volunteers on the spot to participate in community epidemic prevention work and community (village) services.
Citizens who undertake the basic urban operation guarantee, medical security and epidemic prevention tasks can enter and leave the community with an electronic pass, work permit or unit certificate, and a nucleic acid negative certificate within 24 hours.
Citizens should not leave Chengdu unless it is necessary. If they do have special needs, they should leave Chengdu with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.
3. Taxis and shared bicycles are not in operation.
People coming to (returning to) Chengdu will take public transportation with a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate from the place of origin after completing the "instant inspection upon entry into Sichuan".
