This system is currently being rolled out across all French departments.

The Association of Rural Mayors of France (AMRF) has one year to set up a network of rural elected representatives for equality.

Training for rural elected representatives for equality

In Allier, Annie Deborbe has not yet succeeded in convincing her counterparts, but the summer season has not worked in her favor.

She intends to carry out her mission this fall.

Rural elected representatives for equality will have the task of listening to and supporting people who are confronted with situations of violence.

In particular, they will benefit from online training and will have exchanges every 15 days with the departmental referent.
