When the Fire Department approaches an area prone to bee stings, it starts the 'Bee Sting Risk Area Notification Service', which warns you by voice.

On this day, the Fire Department announced, "In order to reduce bee sting accidents due to bee weeds and hiking in the fall, we will start a notification service for areas at risk of bee stings along with the mountain trail guide app 'Ramblr' from the 1st."

According to the analysis of the Fire Department, 5,248 cases of bee stings have occurred on an annual average for the past three years, and of these, 1,508 cases occurred in September.

In particular, it has been analyzed that most of the bee sting accidents occur in the mountains.

Accordingly, the Fire Department analyzed about 63,000 emergency dispatch data for 15 years from 2007 to 2021 and derived 1,767 'multiple areas' where bee stings occurred more than three times across the country.

Based on this, we work with Rambler to provide a bee sting hazard warning voice message service.

When a user who has installed the Rambler app on their smartphone approaches within 100m of the danger zone set by the Fire Department, a warning voice and message is sent saying "This is a frequent bee sting area. Be careful."

The Fire Department said, "When a warning message sounds, the user should check the location of the bee stinging area and check for bees or beehives around." I did.
