According to reports, since June this year, monsoon rainstorms and floods have affected 33 million people in Pakistan and killed more than 1,000 people.

Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif called the floods "the worst in the country's history".

Pakistan's climate change minister Sheri Rahman said that one-third of Pakistan's territory has been flooded.
