[Explanation] On August 27, the 2022 Global Overseas Chinese Conference to Promote the Peaceful Reunification of China was held in Sichuan.

The meeting was held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the "1992 Consensus", with the theme of "Adhering to the One-China Principle and the '92 Consensus' to Jointly Create the Great Cause of National Reunification and National Rejuvenation".

More than 3,000 people from more than 360 associations and related organizations from more than 120 countries and regions around the world participated in the conference online and offline.

　　[Explanation] Zheng Jianbang, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association, delivered a video speech at the meeting.
