“Wolves of Africa” is the debut album by James BKS, the son of legend Manu Dibango.
A two-part album, which was built over a destiny and an extraordinary musical quest.

James BKS has an incredible and unique journey and destiny.
Author, composer, performer, music producer too.
He is a man who grew up between three continents: Europe, America and Africa.
His music merges electro-pop sounds and African traditions, rap from the east coast of the United States and Cameroonian bikutsi, Congolese guitars and brass and Swahili choirs.
He is a man who, late in life, discovered who his biological father was, a big name, a very big name in jazz.
The laughter, voice and saxophone of his father, you recognize them immediately.
This father was called Manu Dibango.
And in the son's first album, the imprint of the father is everywhere.
The 1st part of

' first album , "Wolves of Africa" is out on Friday July 8, 2022. It is with us in preview today for VMDN.
