This work has received much attention and is one of the key tasks of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Retired military affairs departments at all levels across the country are actively promoting relevant work in accordance with deployment requirements.
At present, the application and issuance of preferential treatment cards is stable and orderly. As of 21:30 on the 25th, 8.56 million preferential treatment cards have been produced.
By the end of the year, we will strive to complete the task of issuing certificates for stock objects.
Cao Jun introduced that the preferential treatment enjoyed by the certificate holders is mainly social preferential treatment.
First, pay equal attention to spiritual and material preferential treatment.
Issuing preferential treatment certificates is an important measure to improve the honor system of preferential treatment objects and to strengthen the spiritual praise and honor incentives of the holders.
At the same time, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs is also continuously improving the "gold content" of the preferential treatment certificate, so that the holder can enjoy real preferential treatment.
For example, holders of the certificate can enjoy some priority channels, especially the cabin salute broadcast of China United Airlines; holders of the certificate can enjoy discounts when refueling at PetroChina, sending express at SF Express, etc.
The second is the linkage of national and local preferential treatment.
At the national level, 20 departments including the Ministry of Veterans Affairs have issued opinions on strengthening preferential treatment, specifying nearly 100 preferential treatment services in 8 aspects that holders of preferential treatment certificates can enjoy.
The preferential treatment at the national level is mainly reflected in spiritual praise and incentives.
In accordance with the unified arrangement and deployment of the state, and in combination with the level of local economic and social development, various regions have also launched a list of preferential treatment certificates for holders of preferential treatment.
The third is the coordination of government and social preferential treatment.
Providing a wealth of preferential treatment services for licensees requires the joint efforts of the government and society.
At present, some companies in the fields of finance, communication, transportation, cultural tourism, express delivery and other fields provide preferential treatment services for holders of preferential treatment certificates.
