This year's No. 9 typhoon "Ma'an" made landfall in the coastal area of Dianbai, Guangdong at around 10:30 on August 25. The maximum wind force near the landing center was 12, which brought serious wind and rain effects to Yangjiang City.

That morning, at the Yangjiang Hailing Embankment, the wind and waves were particularly strong, and the sea water kept hitting the embankment surface, splashing everywhere.

As the typhoon "Saddle" approached, the wind on Hailing Island was also increasing. Through the lens, it could be seen that the sea was choppy, and waves of 3 to 4 meters were set off, and the traffic signs on the road were overturned.

In order to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel, at 8:30 on August 25, the traffic police department temporarily closed the Hailing Embankment and Hailing Island Bridge to prohibit vehicles from passing.
