It was notified at the meeting that from 0:00 to 21:00 on August 25, Xinjiang added 2 new cases of asymptomatic infections and 126 new cases of local asymptomatic infections.
Among the 126 new local asymptomatic infections: 11 in Tianshan District, Urumqi City, 8 in Shayibak District, 6 in Shuimogou District, 6 in High-tech Zone (new urban area), 4 in Midong District, and Yining in Ili Prefecture. There are 49 cases in the city, 15 cases in Hutubi County, Changji Prefecture, 19 cases in Changji City, 7 cases in Qitai County, and 1 case in Korla City, Bazhou.
From 0:00 to 21:00 on August 25, 11 newly confirmed cases were cured and discharged.
185 new cases of asymptomatic infections were released from isolation and medical observation.
As of 21:00 on August 25, there were 44 local confirmed cases in Xinjiang; there were 2,871 local asymptomatic infections and 4 imported asymptomatic infections.
