  This year's No. 9 typhoon "Ma'an" intensified from a strong tropical storm to a typhoon yesterday (24th) night, and its center is located in the northern part of the South China Sea, about 210 kilometers southeast of Zhanjiang, Guangdong at 5 a.m. today (25th). On the sea surface, it is 20.7 degrees north latitude and 112.3 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 12 (35 m/s), the lowest pressure in the center is 970 hPa, the radius of the seventh-level wind circle is 200-240 kilometers, and the tenth-level wind circle radius is 100 -120 kilometers, the radius of the twelve-level wind circle is 40-60 kilometers.

  It is expected that the "Saddle" will move west-north at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity, and will make landfall along the coast from Yangxi to Leizhou in Guangdong Province around noon today (33-35 m/s, 12 level, typhoon level), the intensity gradually weakened after landfall.
