[Editor Jeon Min-jae] Actor Lee Je-hoon has clarified the rumor that he made a huge profit by investing in a startup.

On the 19th, on the YouTube channel of 'Studio Waffle', a video featuring Lee Je-hoon as a guest in episode 9 of 'Turkeys on the Block' was released.

On this day, comedian Lee Yong-jin, the host of the program, mentioned 'startup investment', one of the issues surrounding Lee Je-hoon.

Lee Yong-jin said, "If you feel uncomfortable, you don't have to talk about it. There are a lot of stories about investment."

Earlier, Je-hoon Lee became a hot topic when it was announced that he had become an angel investor in an online fresh food delivery company through the introduction of DS Asset Management Chairman Jang Deok-soo, whom he was close with.

At the time, he was known to have invested as little as 100 million won and as much as 300 to 500 million won in the company.

In January, it became a hot topic again when a broadcasting program mentioned that at the same time as the growth of the startup, Lee Je-hoon is expected to earn at least 200 times, that is, at least 20 billion won.

Lee Je-hoon replied, "I have never mentioned such a story. Borrowing this opportunity, it is true that I made an investment, but all other facts are false. It is very inflated."

Lee Yong-jin, who heard his explanation, asked, "Are all the speculations about how much money you made (from the article)?" Je-hoon Lee said, "It's all false. Since you're posting articles like this with speculation, when should I tell you? I thought, but I did this." answered.

Lee Je-hoon continued, "It's a ridiculous amount. (If I earned that) I wouldn't be here," he added, clearly drawing a line against the rumors of an 'investment jackpot'.
