Mexico: 43 students die 8 years after they were kidnapped

Yesterday, the Mexican government announced the death of 43 students who went missing eight years ago.

The government had said until recently that it was continuing to search for the missing students, but what has been found so far are the bone remains of three of them.

It is noteworthy that on September 26, 2014, 43 young men who were studying at a rural teacher training college went missing while traveling in buses they had stolen, and were chased by corrupt police officers who allegedly handed them over to a criminal gang for unknown reasons.
