In Chad, the inclusive national dialogue opened this Saturday, August 20, a year and a half after the death of Idris Déby and the coming to power of his son Mahamat Déby outside any constitutional framework.

1,400 delegates from trade unions and political parties will meet for 21 days at the 15-Janvier Palace in Ndjamena.

 " according to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.
