As the agency writes, a thunderstorm and a downpour began in Simferopol at about 15:00, many streets could not cope with the diversion of water and quickly turned into rivers.
“Parts of the city, located in the lowland, were flooded almost to the waist.
In particular, this is the situation in front of the railway station, the largest transport center for tourists this season in the conditions of closed air traffic,” the agency’s website says.
Currently, car drivers carefully drive through flooded areas.
