When you go overseas, you will know how proud you are to be a Chinese. Only then will you know why you need to be patriotic. That is the true meaning of patriotism. When your nation is strong and has a sense of national pride, it can bring you the power of.

[Commentary] Born in 1994, Macau youth Huang Junlong, although he grew up in Macau, but due to his parents' long-term business relationship in the Mainland, Huang Junlong fell in love with Guangzhou since he was a child.

Macau people have a cultural and geographical advantage in Guangzhou, because Macau is only a two-hour drive away from Guangzhou, and everyone also speaks in Cantonese. Guangzhou Municipal Government also attaches great importance to the development of youth.

[Explanation] Huang Junlong is engaged in management work in a family business. He uses the marketing knowledge he learned while studying abroad to invite Guangzhou designers to repackage their own products, and then the team independently develops and sells new products.

I also have a plan to reshape, reposition, upgrade, and re-launch our brand of infant milk powder, the main business of our infant (milk powder) family.

In addition, I also want to sell this product to overseas regions, and make our brand an international brand, so that foreigners can eat our Chinese milk powder.

[Explanation] Nowadays, more and more young people from Hong Kong and Macao choose to come to the mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area to start businesses and find jobs.

In Huang Junlong's view, the most important thing for successful entrepreneurship is to have an open mind to accept new things.

First of all, as a young man who started a business in Guangzhou, I also have some experiences that I can share with you.

First of all, they have a lot of auxiliary resources, there are a lot of physical resources such as workstations, etc., and these are almost free, and the local government of Guangzhou will also have many tax policies, such as Nansha, which is also applicable to Hong Kong and Macau enterprises. There is a policy of "Hong Kong tax for Hong Kong people" and "Macao tax for Macao people", which means that the tax incentives you often get in the mainland are the same as those in Hong Kong and Macao. If you start a business locally, you will have more talent choices, and more There are more business opportunities and more development space, so why not develop in Guangzhou?

[Explanation] The "Guangzhou Nansha Overall Plan for Deepening Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Comprehensive Cooperation Facing the World" released in June 2022 proposed the goal of building Nansha into a new home for Hong Kong and Macao youth to live and work in peace and contentment in 2025.

To this end, in August 2022, Nansha District of Guangzhou City issued the "New Ten Measures" to Support Hong Kong and Macao Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment in Guangzhou Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone), which will give strong momentum to Hong Kong and Macao youths to start businesses and employment in Nansha, and become a role in promoting Hong Kong and Macao youth to start their own business in Nansha. "Booster" for entrepreneurship and employment in Nansha.

Among the Macau friends I have contacted, everyone actually recognizes and understands Guangzhou very much. First of all, they are very optimistic and very positive, and they are very willing to integrate into the development of the Greater Bay Area and come to Guangzhou and other cities for development.

Then I think Nansha is positioned as a national high-tech area first, and it has a lot of policies for people from Hong Kong and Macau. As long as I have friends (from Macau) who have any (about) development needs in the Mainland, or have any questions to ask On my side, my first choice for them will be Guangzhou.

[Explanation] In order to better participate in the development in the Bay Area, Huang Junlong is ready to continue his studies. He has received the MBA (Master of Business Administration)/MMH (Services) jointly launched by the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and the Johnson School of Business of Cornell University. Master of Management) admission letter for the dual degree program.

According to reports, the dual-degree program plans to deliver internationalized middle and high-level management talents for the social and economic service field.

As young people in a new era, we must continue to absorb new knowledge like a sponge absorbs water, so that we can keep pace with the times.

At the same time, we must refuse to “lay flat” and “rotten”. I can foresee that for at least 10 years in the future, I will devote my energy to the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area.
