Held between Kosovo and Serbia: “We are at an impasse”

The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrel, began talks on Thursday with the leaders of Serbia and Kosovo to discuss ways to calm their relations.

Interviews that promise to be difficult after the renewed tension caused by new administrative and border rules, where the Serbian minority considers them vexatious.

Jens Stoltenberg warned the two leaders that KFOR is ready to intervene " 

if stability is threatened

 " by the unrest.
