What if we stopped using the term “miscarriage”?

In everyday language, in France, "early miscarriage" means the spontaneous termination of a pregnancy in the first trimester.

Nothing false in this event which affects 15 to 20% of pregnancies, according to estimates.

However, "miscarriage" is still trivialized, passed over in silence.
