[Explanation] The current round of epidemic in Hainan has caused a large number of passengers to be stranded. In order to improve the transportation mode for the stranded passengers to return through the port, the Haikou New Coronary Virus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Command issued a notice on August 12, clearly stranded in cities and counties without the epidemic. Passengers in risk areas must check in to the designated centralized health management station 3 days in advance, carry out health monitoring, and arrange a special car for "point-to-point" closed-loop transfer to the port for the return journey with the health monitoring certificate.

We lived at the (health management) station for 3 days. During the 3 days, we were tested for nucleic acid every day, and then we passed the (nucleic acid test) green code.
After passing the test, we will test it again in the morning, and then get the certification from the (health management station) before we can come.

(Morning) From 6:00 to 7:00, the individual customers of our health management station arranged for the bus to be (delivered) away, and the self-driving is from 7:30 to 8:30, and then everyone went to the hotel to fill in the information and receive health care (Monitoring) certification, (filling in) various information, issuing passes, arranging everyone to come to the port in a very orderly manner, and then doing nucleic acid twice, everyone entered the port with the ticket, and finally can go home.
[Explanation] On August 16, the Haikou Municipal Transportation, Port and Shipping Department arranged a total of 6 out-of-the-island ships to transport passengers who meet the conditions for leaving the island in the health management station, and reserved 2 ships as backup capacity.
On the same day, 152 self-driving cars and 870 passengers were transported out of the island in the first batch.
It is planned to transport more than 810 self-driving cars and more than 3,100 passengers throughout the day on the 16th.

As of 8:00 on August 16, Sanya Phoenix International Airport and Haikou Meilan International Airport have arranged 314 outbound flights, guaranteeing a total of 48,539 stranded passengers returning.
