More than 5,000 sunflowers are in full bloom at a park in Namerikawa, Saitama Prefecture.

At Musashi Kyuryo National Government Park in Namerikawa Town, over 5,000 sunflowers of a variety called "Sunfinity" are planted in a flower garden of approximately 3,500 square meters.



This sunflower is characterized by many small flowers blooming, and it started blooming around the end of last month and is in full bloom.



On the 16th, in the blue sky, visitors were looking at and taking pictures of the flower garden covered with yellow flowers about 10 centimeters in diameter.



A woman in her 30s who visited from within the prefecture said, "It's more beautiful than I thought, and the vivid colors stand out against the sky and look great in photos."



Mizuho Sekihara, an employee of the park, said, "I want you to enjoy the blue sky of summer, the green of the forest, and the bright yellow of the sunflowers at the same time."



Sunflowers at National Musashi Kyuryo Forest Park can be enjoyed until the end of this month.
