The police immediately went out to investigate and found a case of intentional homicide 19 years ago.

  At about 22:00 on the evening of August 13, a strange man was pacing back and forth for a long time outside the criminal investigation team of Changjiang County Public Security Bureau, hesitating, and this scene happened to be discovered by the police who were working overtime upstairs. So the police decided to go downstairs to find out what happened.

  After asking the man's name, the police immediately checked his personal information.

After investigation, it was found that the man was Liu Moumou (60 years old this year), a fugitive in a case of intentional homicide in Changsha, Hunan 19 years ago.

  In order to ensure the accuracy of the information, the police conducted multiple comparisons and verifications of Liu's identity information and physical characteristics. After confirming that he was indeed a fugitive under criminal detention by the Changsha police, the police immediately took control measures against him.

  According to Liu Moumou, he absconded after committing the crime in 2003, and has been on the run for 19 years. After the outbreak in Changjiang, he requested to do nucleic acid tests for several days, and he was forced to have nowhere to hide.
