He added - in his talk to "Beyond the News" program (14/8/2022) that the calls of the military component are not serious, and the political forces cannot deal with this vision in light of the presence of ambiguous signs that prove that the initiative of the people of Sudan for national consensus has the hands of the component clearly military, considering that it is impossible to reach a comprehensive national consensus.

He also explained that there are political forces that were behind the revolutionary movement in Sudan that was able to overthrow the regime, and it was represented by the Sudanese Professionals Association and the Forces for Freedom and Change, considering that the other party constitutes a counter-revolution that wants to reproduce the old regime in power, and the proof is in agreement with this party, according to saying.

Burhan's patience

On the other hand, retired Major General Muhammad Ajeeb, the former military media official, saw that Al-Burhan's speech proves that his patience has run out from the political situation in the country, and he has decided on two options: either the national consensus between the various political forces on a management government during the transitional period, or heading to elections. urgent.

He considered that this speech confirms the intention of the armed forces to withdraw from the political scene, as well as the reluctance of the armed forces to continue to take power and hand it over to civilians.

The speech also sent an implicit message that the proof may accept the minimum level of national consensus.

As for the regional and international level, he considered that the speech shows that he cannot continue the state of political and security liquidity in the country, in addition to that Sudan is making a fundamental transformation to overcome the crisis and get out of the bottleneck.

It is noteworthy that Al-Burhan said that he welcomes all initiatives, and that crises are overcome by what he called a comprehensive national accord, and that the alternative would be to go to elections.

He added - in an interview on the occasion of the Army Day - that the armed forces are biased towards the aspirations of the people towards democracy, and that Sudan cannot tolerate more fragmentation and political strife, according to him.

Al-Burhan’s call on the political forces for reconciliation in Sudan coincides with the conclusion of the so-called “round table of the initiative of the people of Sudan’s call for national consensus”, launched by Sheikh Al-Tayyib the grandfather.
