Our villagers can receive a stable rent every year, and at the same time, those who participate in the homestay service work also have salary income." Zhou Xuejun told reporters that after the old house was renovated into a homestay, he again He was hired to work in a homestay, with a salary of 60,000 to 70,000 yuan a year.

  "The old house has been empty for many years, and I didn't expect to be able to 'make money'." In April this year, Tianjin Yundu Tourism Development Co., Ltd. transferred the right to use the rural homestead from Zhou Xuejun at an annual rent of 20,000 yuan.

This is the first attempt at the pilot reform of the homestead in Xidafota Village, Guanzhuang Town, and it is also the first rural idle homestead to be revitalized through the online platform led by the village collective.

  In April this year, in order to implement the "Guiding Opinions of Tianjin Municipality on Accelerating the Promotion of Idle Homesteads and Idle Residences in Rural Areas", Tianjin Rural Property Exchange explored the adoption of unified leasing, entrustment by farmers, and shareholding by farmers under the leadership of village collective economic organizations. Cooperation and other methods are used to centrally integrate the village's idle homestead and idle residential resources.

And establish a unified database of idle homesteads and idle houses in the city, innovatively adopt the "one book, one chain" model, the Agricultural Exchange will issue a unified transaction certificate, and the transaction information will be independently assigned on the blockchain to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.

  Guanzhuang Town is the gateway to Jizhou District, Tianjin, and is the location of Panshan, a national five-A-level scenic spot, adjacent to Pinggu District, Beijing.

In combination with local resource endowments, Guanzhuang Town introduces business entities to develop innovative "homestay +" and "tourism +" products for the villagers' idle homesteads and houses, guide precise positioning, and implement differentiated operations.

Let the villagers turn idle houses and courtyards into rural boutique B&Bs under the premise of "not leaving the soil, not leaving the hometown, and not leaving the industry", and upgrade the villagers who are willing to transform into tourism service operations and who currently have surplus labor and surplus labor time to tourism servant.

Around the "Xiyundu" B&B in West Dafo Pagoda Village, picking butter peaches, grapes, Mopan persimmons, red fruits, etc. has gradually formed, playing in Chilean style gardens, leisure fishing, and in winter, there are special experience projects such as Panshan International Ski Resort.

The four seasons of the year are full of tourists, and the reform of the rural homestead system has made "sleeping" assets "live" and has become an important starting point for the revitalization of rural industries.
