One of the most frequently used words on our tongues is “impossible”.

"Impossible" is said when one cannot believe what has happened;

Because the event contradicts the laws of his understanding of a particular issue or contradicts his belief.

If someone is told that his car has spread wings and flew, he will say, “Impossible,” and if you are told that the people closest to you stole you, you will say “Impossible,” because you trust him blindly.

But the impossible happens in front of our eyes every day and we still say the word.

Linguistically “impossible” is an impossibility, which cannot happen, or the question is not possible.

There is the expression “from the fourth of the impossible” or “from the tenth of the impossible,” which is an exaggeration in the linguistic form to describe something that absolutely cannot happen.

But when we look at the issue from a simple perspective, we find that every impossible happens or falls, and optimists say there is no impossible, and the late star Audrey Hepburn said that she does not believe in the impossible when it comes to human will, and she said when we look at the word impossible in English, the word itself tells us: I am possible” (you mean that the word is composed of the two words “I am possible”) attached to each other.

You can break the impossible when you change your concepts about a matter or when you change the thinking of another person without feeling it, so his negative nature changes, and you can break the impossible with the grace of God Almighty and grace when he grants you something without feeling it, then you see it became complete in front of you.

a story

A very negative person, the word “impossible” keeps on saying, because he understands issues in only one way and is not trained to work in other ways.

This person is productive but only in his own way, and can't get along with any other methods.

His manager sat with him after he got tired of hearing the word “impossible” to get to know him more. He found him meticulous in observation and quick to memorize. Whenever he asked him about the possibility of doing certain tasks, the employee said: “Without such and such, it is impossible.”

The manager watched that employee come into contact with negative co-workers and become more negative and pessimistic, and understood that the first thing to do was to reduce their friction.

The manager read the resume of that employee and found that his previous jobs were non-office, so he understood the matter and summoned him to his office, and said to him: I will assign you a task that requires you to leave the office.

The employee was silent and the manager was waiting to hear the word "impossible", but it did not come out of the first's mouth, so he knew that he was going in the right way.

He said you are required to deliver the devices from the company to the customers, and you explain to them the method of use that you can easily memorize by heart, and if they ask you about something outside the scope of the devices’ work, tell them “impossible.”

The employee said with a smile: Certainly.

The employee asked his manager: What about my situation here inside the company’s headquarters and my colleagues?

Pointing to the employees' offices, the manager said: It is impossible for you to work with them. You are quick to understand, alert, and you can carry out a detailed explanation in front of our clients outside the company.

The employee was released and immediately accepted the task, his productivity increased and his negativity disappeared.

lesson

When the manager changed the employee's mindset using his language of "describing work within the company as impossible", he turned a negative employee into another product.

For the rest of the talk.

• You can break the impossible when you change your perceptions about an issue, or when you change someone else's thinking without them realizing it, thus changing his negative attitude.
