On August 13, at the 2022 8th China Mercy and Filial Piety Culture Festival held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, well-known cartoonist Cai Zhizhong and Confucius' 76th eldest grandson Kong Lingli were hired as 2022 China Mercy Filial Piety Cultural Ambassadors.
Talking about his understanding of kindness, Cai Zhizhong said that parents "let their children be themselves".
Kong Lingli believes that filial piety is not about superficial skills, but about accompanying elders with what kind of heart.
